This flute was crafted by me using Larch. I think that the grain in Larch is very attractive and appealing. I have gone a bit farther with this flute and put on it a simple pyrographic design of ivy coiling itself around the length of the flute. The totem is also made from Larch and it is secured with three leather thongs and decorated with red Crow beads. This flute plays really nice and also looks decorative.
